Introducing Stanford Research Park's Bicyclist Concierge: Cherie Barnett

Sharing the joy of bicycling and the community connections created by bike life is what Cherie is passionate about!

Cherie Maria Barnett hails from Sonoma County, and was the Outreach and Event Coordinator for the Sonoma County Bicycle Coalition for five years. Her move to San Jose created an opportunity to apply her experience and skills at Silicon Valley Bicycle Coalition. There, she mobilizes the Bike to Wherever Days program, supports adult cycling education programs, and outreach events.

Cherie also serves as Stanford Research Park’s Bicyclist Concierge. Her role here is to support and assist anyone who works at an employer site in the Research Park and is interested in biking. Whether you're considering becoming a bicycle commuter, are a seasoned commuting and recreational rider, or something in-between: Cherie is here to support you!

Reach out to Cherie anytime with your questions or comments on anything biking-related. She can help you find best biking routes to/from the Research Park, bike gear to help make your ride the best it can be ... you name it! Cherie looks forward to connecting with you and spreading her joy, enthusiasm, and knowledge of bicycling.
